We created a unique global photographic competition. 

Year 1 we had 6000 entries from 1 country.  Year 11 we had 120,000 entries from 114 countries

To survive, museums must improve how they engage with the public, grow new revenue streams and become less dependent on footfall for revenue.  Any strategy must exploit new technologies combined with a broader appeal.  We devised a new plan, building a timeline to engage with a digital audience, embrace new voices and to create new commercial partnerships.
